  • 1. OPEN THE PHIN

    Remove the lid and take out the filter press from inside the phin.

  • 2. ADD COFFEE

    Add 10–20g of ground coffee and gently level the grounds.

  • 3. POUR A LITTLE WATER

    Pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee and wait 30–60 seconds to let it bloom.

  • 4. FILL & BREW

    Fill the phin with hot water, place the lid on top and let it slowly drip for 4–6 minutes.

  • 5. ENJOY

    Drink it black for a bold cup, or add condensed milk for a traditional Vietnamese coffee.
