Phin Wave Coffee was born when two friends met in Da Nang, Vietnam — and discovered that Vietnamese coffee wasn’t just a drink, but a moment.

It was a break from routine.
A pause in the day.
A few quiet minutes of connection, community, and focus.

Vietnamese coffee is traditionally brewed using the phin filter — slow, intentional, and deeply satisfying. Made with robusta beans that naturally contain more caffeine, it gave us the energy and clarity to work, create, and stay present throughout the day.

When we returned to Europe, we realised how hard it was to find great Vietnamese coffee — and how often coffee felt rushed, overpriced, and forgettable. So we decided to create an alternative.

Phin Wave Coffee is our invitation to a simple ritual:

With just hot water, a cup, and a phin filter (available with the coffee or separately), you can brew consistently strong, smooth coffee anywhere. No machines. No noise. Just time well spent.
